Shipping policy
Shipping within India
Delivery Timeframe:
Depending upon the pin code, the product is typically delivered within 5-10 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.
Shipping Charges:
Charges for shipping within India will be calculated at the checkout based on the pin code entered.
Lost Pre-Paid Orders:
In the unfortunate event of any pre-paid order being lost in transit, the entire amount will be refunded.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For all COD orders, our customer service team will contact you for order confirmation. Please note that two attempts will be made to confirm the order. If calls are not answered, the orders will be marked as cancelled.
Courier Contact and Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In the case that you are not available at the delivery address, three attempts will be made to deliver the product. Failing to receive or respond to the calls will result in your order being returned to our warehouse.
International Shipping
Shipping Charges:
For orders outside India, shipping costs may vary. To obtain accurate delivery charges, please provide the precise area code during the checkout process.
Shipping Time Frame:
The shipping time may range from 7 to 30 business days depending on the location. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Local Taxes and Customs:
Delivery charges do not include any local taxes or customs fees. Customers are responsible for paying these charges directly to local authorities as per actuals. Ferrier will not assume responsibility for customs charges or any disposal/displacement of orders due to a lack of coordination between customers and local customs.
Disposal/Returns Due to Lack of Coordination:
If orders are disposed of or returned due to a lack of coordination with customs, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Errors in Shipping Addresses:
While Ferrier will make efforts to assist customers in the event of shipping address errors, the company will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result. Customers are strongly encouraged to double-check their ordering information before completing the purchase.
