Refund policy
Discrepancies:
In the event of a discrepancy between the ordered product and what is received, such as sizing, color, or defects resulting from errors made on Ferrier's behalf, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund. However, replacements or refunds will not be provided for orders incorrectly placed by the buyer. To ensure accurate orders, we strongly advise buyers to carefully review the size chart before making a purchase. Additionally, we send a confirmation email after an order is placed to verify that all details provided by buyers are correct.
Eligibility for Refund:
To qualify for a refund, the return process must be initiated within one week from the date of product arrival. The returned product must be in the same condition as received, without any damage. Upon receiving the returned item, our professional team will inspect it, and the customer's refund will be processed. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used. The processing time for refunds is typically 5 to 10 business days.
Refund Ineligibility:
Refunds will not be granted if the product is damaged beyond the scope described in the return/refund request, if the reported error does not match the description in the request, or if the return is initiated after 7 calendar days have passed.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders are designed to secure the purchase of Ferrier products and represent a partial payment. A pre-order is not considered an ordered item until full payment is made upon the product's release. Pre-orders are reserved for one week, after which the product will be added to the general inventory. The pre-order voucher remains redeemable. Refunds are not offered for pre-orders; customers may opt not to purchase the final product or may change the size or variant of the pre-ordered item.
Buyer Responsibilities:
All taxes, customs, and local government fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Any shipment delays, disposals, or cancellations resulting from non-compliance with local customs are also the buyer’s responsibility. Ferrier is not liable for such situations, and refunds or replacements will not be possible in such cases.
